Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

The Sweeps (Saltzman Sweeps) (Nov 14, 2019 - Nov 24, 2019) initiated on 4:00PM will run on ANTHM social media channels; Instagram and Instagram Stories.

Entry:

Users have two requirements to qualify for entry into the sweeps. Users must follow ANTHM to be eligible to win the sweeps. Users will submit a name (first name and last name) and an email address through ANTHMs email collection page as directed through instructions on content related to the sweeps.

Eligibility:

Users must complete the requirements stated in content related to the sweeps in order to be eligible to win the sweeps.

Must be a resident of the United States. Must be over the age of 13.

Only entries made during the sweeps window will be eligible.

ANTHM does not require or designate gender requirements for eligibility.

The Prize:

The prize package for the sweeps consists of two (2) Saltzman jerseys. One (1) long sleeve men’s or women’s jersey and one (1) short sleeve men’s or women’s jersey in the available color and size selection on ANTHM Collective inventory.

One (1) Long Sleeve Saltzman Jersey: $140.00

One (1) Short Sleeve Saltzman Jersey: $120.00

Total value: $260.00

ANTHM will ship and/or deliver the prize package to the recipient at no cost to the winner.

The winner is responsible for declaring the prize value on corresponding Federal/State/Local tax documents.

Selecting a winner:

ANTHM will select a winner at random upon conclusion of the sweeps. ANTHM will contact said winner within two (2) of the conclusion of the sweeps. The winner will have five (5) days to respond to the message and redeem the prize package.

Opt In:

By entering the sweeps you are opting in voluntarily to ANTHM Collective communications. These communications will leverage the email address submitted through entry of the sweeps. However, communication is not limited to email. ANTHM Collection reserves the right to contact you directly through any channel, medium, and communication method associated with information provided by the user.

The user has the right to unsubscribe at any point. The user is responsible for taking action to unsubscribe from ANTHM Collective communications.

ANTHM Collective is responsible for removing the user upon opting out of communication through opt out processes.

Email and Privacy:

You may give us information, including information that can identify you ("personal information"), when you use our Websites, correspond with us, or enter into any of our competitions, promotions, sweepstakes or surveys. Where we request information from you, we will collect the information set out in the relevant forms or pages. You may choose to provide additional information to us when you contact us or otherwise interact with us.

If you subscribe to receive our newsletter, then you will provide us with your name and email address (and possibly even your relevant interests!) although you may optionally also provide your gender and date of birth.

If you contact us via email then we will collect your email address.

You may also submit personal information in connection with photos/stories/videos for our potential use and/or publication (for example, as part of competitions) or via reviews or our message boards. We may use some of these in marketing campaigns but if we do we will ensure that you are made aware of such use prior to the campaign going live and given an opportunity to understand the intended use and, if you choose, object to the use.

Personal Data:

ANTHM Collective follows the current US standards for personal data protection. ANTHM Collective complies with the all standard personal protections associated with name, email, address, etc. ANTHM Collective does not directly store you personal information for any use other than marketing, purchase history, and subsequent needs required by law and/or additional terms and conditions outlined in the above.
